We recently had the lovely Gemma in for her newborn photography session at our Belfast studio baby Theo along with husband Peter and toddler Jonah.
It’s always a priority and a privilege to capture the first flush of excitement of a new baby and the change of dynamic that brings to a family, but this time, the pressure was on! It was like seeing some old friends again.
Gemma is an Instagram sensation and a well-known blogger with more followers than I care to think about. She started out with an equestrian angle taking about her horse Murphy and his followers have now been joined by her new parent followers who love her down to earth approach to the day to day aspects of a young family.
We were very conscious of her audience (and a bit worried about being on the wrong end of the lens if we are honest), but she was most generous with her time (and careful with her camera angles) in producing a video testimonial for us about her experience!

We admit to being not very savvy about her you-tube world but she has taught us that if we are just ourselves that others will appreciate that we love what we do and that comes through in the work as well a great experience for everyone involved.
